CatchON TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy outlines how to submit copyright infringement notices.
Our Role
CatchON TV is a service provider that allows users to access publicly available IPTV streams. We do not host, store, broadcast, or own any of the content delivered through our Service. All content originates from third-party sources.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed via our Service, you may submit a written DMCA notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the specific stream, channel, or content allegedly infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Submit DMCA notices to: help@catchontviptv.us with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including the same identifying information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
CatchON TV will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable copyright law.
