What's Covered
Refunds may be issued for:
- Persistent buffering or stream failures that are not caused by your internet connection or device
- Failure to deliver service after payment confirmation
- Critical missing channels that were promised at the time of purchase
- Confirmed technical issues that our team cannot resolve within 7 days
What's Not Covered
- Issues caused by your internet connection (slow speeds, ISP throttling, Wi-Fi problems)
- Issues caused by your device (outdated software, insufficient hardware)
- Channels removed by the original broadcaster
- Refund requests after 30 days from your initial purchase
- Renewal subscriptions (refunds apply only to first-time orders)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at help@catchontviptv.us within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include your order code, email, and a description of the issue.
- Allow our support team 48 hours to attempt to resolve the issue.
- If unresolved, we will process your refund in Bitcoin to a wallet of your choice within 5–7 business days.
Bitcoin Refund Notice
All refunds are processed in Bitcoin (BTC) at the BTC/USD rate at the time of refund processing, which may differ from the rate at the time of your original purchase. Network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
