In this guide
CatchOn TV is a way of watching television over an internet connection. Rather than a satellite dish or a cable box, you install an app on a screen you already own, sign in with details we send you, and open a channel list of live television, films and series. The idea is simple. The details behind it are worth understanding before you buy, so this article walks through them in order.
The three parts you receive
Every plan has three parts. The first is the CatchOn TV app, which runs on Android devices and is installed from its APK file. The second is an activation code and login details, which tell the app which line to open. The third is a TiviMate Premium account, which gives you a fuller player on Android TV, Google TV and Fire OS devices. All three arrive by email once your payment has been confirmed, and they are also shown under My subscription.
What the channels are
The channels are grouped by theme and country: sport, news, films, children’s programmes, entertainment and stations from other countries. Each channel is a broadcaster’s own output, delivered over the internet to your app. Line-ups change over time, so a channel can move, leave or return. We cannot promise any single channel will remain available for the whole of your plan.
What the on-demand library is
Alongside the live groups there is a library of films, complete series and documentaries. You start a title when you choose rather than when a schedule says. The library changes as titles are added and removed.
What you need at home
A supported Android screen, an internet connection that delivers about 20 megabits per second for each Full HD stream, and a crypto wallet with Bitcoin, USDT, Ether or BNB. Samsung and LG televisions, Roku and Apple devices cannot run the CatchOn TV app, so they use a different player with the same login details.
What CatchOn TV does not include
It does not include a dish, a set-top box or an installer visit. It does not include a free trial, because each plan carries a 24-hour money-back guarantee instead. It does not renew automatically, because crypto payments are always sent by you. And it does not promise any channel, match or film.
How to decide
If the service sounds like what you want, start with the one-month plan, install the app on the screen you use most, and watch for a week. Our plans page and the getting started guide show the rest of the route.
Where to go next
The devices page shows which screens run the app, and the FAQ answers the questions we receive most.
