There is no CatchOn TV app for Windows or Mac. A computer can still watch CatchOn TV with a compatible IPTV player that accepts your login details, and this page explains how to set one up.

Choosing a player

Choose a player for your system that accepts Xtream-style login details: server address, username and password. Check that it supports a programme guide and favourites. We cannot guarantee any particular player, and the features differ between them.

Setting it up

  1. Download the player from its official website, and install it.
  2. Open the login or playlist screen and enter the server, username and password from My subscription.
  3. Wait for the channel list to load, then check the programme guide against a channel you know.
  4. Adjust the time zone in the guide settings if the times look wrong.

Picture and connection

A computer needs about the same connection as a television: 20 Mbps for Full HD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection gives the steadiest picture, and a larger monitor makes sport and films more enjoyable.

Questions about computers

Is there an official CatchOn TV app for computers?

No. Use a compatible player with your login details.

Can I use an Android emulator on a computer?

We do not support emulators, and they are not covered by our guarantee. Use a compatible player instead.

Does a computer count as a screen on my plan?

Yes. Every device that plays at the same time uses one of your plan’s screens.
