CatchOn TV takes a few minutes to set up once your payment is confirmed. This page follows the route from the first click to the first channel, and says what you should see at each stage.
Step 1: Choose a length and your screens
Pick a plan from one month to two years on the plans page, and decide how many screens will watch at once. Every length includes the same service, so choose the length by how long you want to pay for and how much you want each month to cost.
Step 2: Pay in crypto
At checkout, choose Bitcoin, USDT, Ether or BNB. You are taken to a payment page with the exact amount, our receiving address and a QR code. Send the coins from your own wallet or exchange, then paste the transaction ID onto the page. The payments section explains each coin and its network.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation
The network confirms your transfer, and the payment page shows its progress. Confirmation takes seconds on BNB Smart Chain and TRON, a few minutes on Ethereum and around ten minutes on Bitcoin. Once it is confirmed, our team activates your line.
Step 4: Receive your activation code and login
Your activation code, login details and TiviMate Premium account are emailed to you and shown under My subscription. Keep them somewhere safe. They are the keys to your screens.
Step 5: Install the app and watch
Open the install guide for your device, install the CatchOn TV app or the compatible player, sign in and open the channel list. Set the time zone in the programme guide, save a few favourites and try a live channel.
If the app will not run on your device, tell us within 24 hours of activation. Our team will check it with you first, and the refund policy explains what happens next.

How long does the whole process take?
Usually under half an hour once the payment confirms, most of it spent installing the app.
What do I need before I start?
A supported Android device or a compatible player, an internet connection that meets the speed guide, and a wallet with the coin you chose.

Wait for the confirmation on the payment page. If the page has not moved after the times above, check that the transaction ID was pasted, then contact support.
