Does the plan renew automatically?
No. Crypto payments can only be sent by you, so nothing renews without your choice. A reminder arrives before the end date.
Do longer plans include more channels?
No. Every length has the same service, and a longer plan simply costs less each month.
How many screens can watch at once?
One is included. Up to 5 can run together, and each extra screen adds 45% of the plan price.
Paying and activation
How can I pay?
In Bitcoin, USDT on TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20, Ether or BNB. Card and bank payments are not offered. See crypto payments.
When will my activation code arrive?
When the network confirms your transfer, our team activates the line and emails the code and login details. They also appear under My subscription.
I paid, but the code has not arrived. What now?
Check the payment page for confirmation first. If the network has confirmed and the email has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact support with your order number.
My activation code says “try again”. Why?
That message usually means the code is being checked or has been used on too many screens. Wait a few minutes, check the code for typos, and if it still fails, contact support. Our activation code article lists each cause.
I lost my activation code. Can I get it again?
Yes. It is shown under My subscription and was sent to your order email.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayments and large overpayments are checked by a person before anything is confirmed. Do not send another payment until we have replied.
Apps and devices
Which devices run the app?
Android TV, Google TV, Fire OS sticks, Nvidia Shield and Android phones and tablets. Samsung, LG, Roku and Apple devices use a compatible player. See the devices page.
Why won’t the app install on my Samsung or LG TV?
Those systems cannot install Android APK files. Use a compatible player or an Android box.
Does CatchOn TV work on Roku or iPhone?
Not with the CatchOn TV app. See the Roku page and the iPhone page for what to use instead.
Why did the app stop working after a few months?
Most often the app needs its latest version, or the device’s software changed. Install the latest APK over the old one, restart the device and sign in again. If it still fails, write to support.
Do I need TiviMate?
Not for the app itself. TiviMate Premium is included with every plan for the Android screens where it runs.
Watching and the picture
Why is my picture buffering?
Most often the network. Our buffering checklist walks through the checks.
Do I need a VPN?
Not usually. Our VPN article explains when a VPN helps, and the points to weigh.
Does CatchOn TV work outside the US?
It depends on the line-up and on your location. Read the outside the US note before you travel.
Are sports events included?
The sports groups carry live matches and events where the line-up includes them. We cannot promise a particular fixture. See sport on CatchOn TV.
Refunds and renewals
What is the refund policy?
If the app will not run on your device after our help, tell us within 24 hours of activation. The full terms are in the refund policy.
How do I renew?
Log in, open your account, choose renew and pick a length. Your new time starts from your current end date.
Can I cancel a plan?
You do not need to cancel, because nothing renews automatically. Simply let the plan end.
