The CatchOn TV app is an Android app, so it cannot be installed on an iPhone, an iPad or an Apple TV. Apple does not allow APK files on its devices. This is a limit of the app, not a fault in your device.
Watching on an Apple device
An iPhone or iPad can play CatchOn TV with a compatible IPTV player from the App Store, signed in with the server, username and password in your login details. Availability of these players depends on your country and on Apple’s store rules, and we cannot promise that a specific player is listed. Read each player’s description and check that it accepts the login type in your email.
For the living room, the simplest route is to cast or mirror from the Apple device to a television, or to use an Android TV or Google TV box connected to the television, which runs the CatchOn TV app and TiviMate Premium.
Setting up a compatible player
Install the player from the App Store, enter the details from My subscription, and open the channel list. Check the programme guide on a channel you know to confirm the time zone.
Apple devices are not covered by the CatchOn TV app guide. If a player does not connect, contact support and tell us the player’s name.

Is there a CatchOn TV app for iPhone?
No. The app is an Android APK, and iOS does not run it.
Can I use CatchOn TV on Apple TV?
Not with the CatchOn TV app. Use a compatible player if one is listed for Apple TV in your country, or connect an Android box to the television.
Can I watch on my iPad as well as my phone?
Yes, if the player you choose runs on the iPad. Each screen counts toward your plan’s allowance.
