TiviMate Premium is included with your CatchOn TV plan. This guide shows how to install TiviMate, sign in with the account we send you, add your playlist and set the programme guide.
Install TiviMate
On Google TV and Android TV, install TiviMate from Google Play. On a Fire OS stick, download the TiviMate APK from the TiviMate website and install it with Downloader, as described in the Fire TV guide.
Sign in to Premium
Open TiviMate and go to its settings to find the Premium or unlock option. Choose the sign-in method, then enter the TiviMate account details from My subscription. Premium features switch on once the sign-in succeeds.
Add your playlist
In TiviMate, add a playlist and enter the details from your activation email: either the playlist link, or the server, username and password. Name the playlist so you can recognise it later. TiviMate loads the channel groups, and then the guide.
Set the guide
Open the guide settings and set the time zone for your location. If the listings are still out of step, check the offset. Refresh the guide data if a channel shows “No information”.
Favourites and groups
Mark the channels you watch most as favourites, and hide groups you never watch from the playlist settings. A shorter list is easier to browse with the remote.
TiviMate’s own menus can change with its updates. If a name differs, search the settings for the feature you need.
Questions about TiviMate Premium
My TiviMate account says Premium is not active. What now?
Check that you signed in with the TiviMate account from your order, not an older one. If it still fails, contact support with your order number.
Can I sign in on a second device?
Yes, within your plan’s screen allowance.
Does TiviMate record programmes with my plan?
Recording is a Premium feature, and it works where the channel allows it.
