If you help people set up televisions, run a shop, or manage a group of homes, you may want to sell CatchOn TV plans to your own customers. The reseller arrangement lets you do that with our guides and support behind you.
What a reseller gets
- Access to the plan lengths and prices on the prices page.
- Install guides you can share with your customers, including TiviMate Premium and the CatchOn TV app.
- A named contact for questions about orders, devices and renewals.
What we ask of resellers
Resellers answer their own customers’ first questions, use the guides, and send us anything we need to fix. Resellers do not promise channels or results that we have not stated, and they do not sell under our name without agreement.
Applying
Use the contact page and write “reseller” in the subject. Tell us where you plan to sell, roughly how many screens you expect to set up, and how you will reach your customers. We reply by email.
The reseller terms, including the commission and payout rules, are set out in writing when you join. Nothing here replaces them.

Is there a minimum order?
The terms you receive when you join set out any minimum. Ask us if you need the figures before you apply.
How are my customers’ orders handled?
Each customer orders and pays for their own plan. Their activation code and login details are sent to them directly.
Can I use the install guides on my website?
Yes, with a link back to the guide on this site so visitors see the latest version.
