Renewing CatchOn TV is a deliberate step, because nothing renews automatically. That is a benefit for many people, but it means you need to know how to renew without losing time. This article shows how.
When to renew
Reminders arrive before your end date, with a link to renew. You can renew any time, including a few days before the plan ends. Renewing early does not waste time, because the new period starts on the day the current one finishes.
How the new time starts
When you renew, the new plan starts from your current end date. If you have a few days left, those days are kept, and the new length is added after them. Renewing after the end date starts the new plan from the day you pay.
Renewing step by step
- Log in and open your account.
- Choose the length and the number of screens you need.
- Pay in Bitcoin, USDT, Ether or BNB, as you did before.
- Wait for the network to confirm, then check My subscription for the new end date.
Keeping the same sign-in
Renewing extends your line, so the activation code and login details stay the same. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in again on each screen. If a screen is signed out after the renewal, sign in with the same details.
Changing the number of screens
If you need more screens when you renew, choose the new count at checkout. The extra screens are added to the renewed plan, and each costs the share of the plan price shown on the prices page.
If you renew late
If the plan has already ended, the line stops until the renewal is confirmed and activated. Once it is, your screens work again with the same details. Check the end date in your account to confirm.
The short version
Renew from your account before or after the end date, pay in crypto, and keep your existing sign-in. The new time starts from your current end date, so no days are lost. The FAQ covers the questions most often asked about renewal.
